MY COACHING STORY

Since 2016, I’ve been working as a certified Nutritionist who specializes in helping people learn and take control of their nutrition. I coach my clients in a way that utilizes both their heads and their hearts.
I first learned about coaching when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it. I found health and fitness as a way of gaining strength and confidence in my life. The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges. This motivated me to turn my newfound passion into a full-time career.
I can't wait to help you find strength and confidence and take on this worthy experience of a healthy lifestyle.

I focus on giving my clients an understanding of adapting nutrition as a lifestyle - not a diet. Changes that are sustainable to be carried out and create a healthy future, not just the now. I encourage an 80/20 rule to ensure health is always thought of, but life is always lived.

EXPERIENCE

Bachelors of Food and Nutrition Science - majoring in Exercise Science completed at Deakin University.

- Helped with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program: teaching school children the importance and how to cook healthy meals.
- Assisting Melbourne United Basketball team in taking skinfolds each month. (finding players body fat %)
- Nutrition Assistant at Werribee Victorian Football Team: assisting taking players skin folds and answering questions about diet & nutrition.
